Inis is a game deeply rooted in Celtic lore and history where you take on the role of a clan leader, striving to be elected King of a newly discovered island beyond the seas of Ireland. You must keep a tight balance of power, earning deeds engraved by master crafters to claim land and gain influence. This game of two to four players ages 14 and up offers up to an hour and a half of gameplay before you become a chieftain of your territories. How to Play Inis

Each round consists of two phases. The first is the Assembly phase, where players assess victory status, determine who the chieftains are and draw an Action card. From there, players use their Action card to perform moves such as building Sanctuaries and placing or repositioning new clans on the board. Your goal is to achieve the following:

• Be chieftain over six or more opposing clans.
• Be a presence in six or more territories.
• Be present in those regions with a combined total of six sanctuaries.

The first player to meet all these victory conditions wins the game!
